Through our smaller works arm Pure Maintenance Ltd we are happy to be able to carry out elements of the Fit-Out service as stand-alone offerings. Please see details below.
Flooring - both timber and tiled flooring can be replaced by our team of professionals. This service can include the removal and disposal of the existing floor covering, any prep work required to the sub-floor and the same high standard of finish we deliver on our larger projects.
With existing solid or engineered timber flooring we are also able to offer a refinishing service whereby the existing boards are sanded back to bare wood, repaired, stained and refinished with lacquer, wax, oil or varnish as required.
Joinery - we can offer several 'levels' of joinery for alcoves, utility or boot rooms dressing and bedrooms. These can either be as stand-alone items of furniture or built in. Our services are graded:
Painting & Decorating - both internal and external decoration services are covered including wall papering. For external projects we can also organise scaffolding.
Roofing - Our highly regarded roofers can strip and reslate roofs, install new or replace existing Velux windows, replace leadwork and felt, install new GRP or RubberBond roofs. Scaffolding where required can either be erected by the roofers or via our scaffolding contractors.
Windows & Doors - Sash or casement windows can either be replaced singularly or as part of a larger project. Similarly external single, French or bi-fold doors can be replaced. All our new windows and doors are made from hardwood (Red Meranti) including the frames and come factory sprayed. All are double glazed with options for safety, security, tinted, patterned or acoustic glazing and are installed by FENSA accredited engineers to ensure compliance with current building regulations. We have worked on listed properties as well as those in conservation areas where replacements must be on a like for like basis. Glazing bars, horns and arches have all been replicated with the utmost attention to detail.
The installation process is carried out behind a floor to ceiling screen to minimise the dust ingress and are usually installed to a decorator's finish (i.e. filled and sanded around). Decoration of single walls and / or whole rooms can then be arranged through our decoration service (see above). We can either source window / door furniture on your behalf or are happy to work with you to ensure those supplied by the client (fitted by us) are compatible.
